At Alyura Online Store, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so easily by following the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1 (Recommended – Through App)
Open the Alyura Online Store mobile app
Go to My Account / Profile
Tap on Delete Account
Confirm your request
Option 2 (Request via Email)
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

Please include the following details in your email:
Your registered email address
Your username (if available)
Reason for deletion (optional)
What Happens After Account Deletion
Your account will be permanently deleted
All your personal data will be removed from our system
This action cannot be undone
Order history may be retained for legal or accounting purposes
Processing Time
Your account deletion request will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
