- Seller details: for sellers, business name, contact details, GST and bank details needed to pay you.
- Usage details: pages you visit, items in your cart, device and browser type, collected through cookies.
- Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp, email, reviews or product requests.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds.
- To send order updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- To keep your account secure and prevent fraud.
- To improve our website, search and product range.
- To send offers, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
- Sellers on Alyura receive the name, phone and address needed to pack and ship your order.
- Delivery partners receive your name, phone and address to deliver the parcel.
- Payment partner (Razorpay) processes your payment.
- Service providers that send our SMS and emails or host our website, only for that purpose.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other information is kept only while your account is active or as long as we need it for the purposes above.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw a consent you gave. You can update most details yourself in My account. For anything else, email us at fashionalyura@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
