About Alyura
Alyura is an online marketplace. Products are listed and sold by independent sellers. Alyura provides the platform, payments and customer support. Each product page shows who sells it.
Your account
- Give correct details and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend accounts that misuse the website.
Prices and orders
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- An order is confirmed only when it is accepted by the seller. If a price or listing is clearly wrong, the order may be cancelled and any payment refunded.
- Offers and coupons have their own conditions shown with the offer.
Payments
All payments are made online (UPI, cards and net banking) and processed securely by Razorpay.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
These are covered by our Shipping and Delivery, Returns and Refunds and Cancellation policies.
Content and conduct
- Reviews and messages must be honest and must not be abusive, misleading or illegal.
- Do not copy, scrape or misuse the website or its content.
Liability
Sellers are responsible for the products they sell. Alyura is responsible for running the platform with care. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
