Before your order is shipped
You can cancel any item before it is shipped. Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number. There is no charge for cancelling.
After your order is shipped
Once an item has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse the delivery or request a return after delivery, as explained in our Returns and Refunds policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders
- Refunded to the same payment method you used within 5 to 7 working days.
Cancellation by Alyura or the seller
Sometimes an order may be cancelled because the item is out of stock, the pincode cannot be served, or the order looks fraudulent. If this happens we will inform you and refund any amount paid in full.
