Delivery, returns, payments and selling on Alyura.
How can I pay?
You can pay online with UPI, a debit or credit card, or net banking. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above. Below that, standard delivery is ₹40.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.
How do I return an item?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns and Refunds policy for the steps and the items that cannot be returned.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 to 7 working days after the return is approved, to your original payment method.
Can I change my order?
Before the order ships, message us on WhatsApp and we will help. After shipping, you can return the item and order again.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Online payments are processed by Razorpay over a secure connection. We do not store your card or UPI details.
