This policy applies to every seller listing products on Alyura.
Who can sell
- Registered businesses and individuals with valid contact details, PAN, and GSTIN where required by law.
- A bank account in the seller’s or business name for payouts.
Listing products
- List only genuine products you have the right to sell.
- Use your own clear photos and accurate titles, descriptions, sizes and prices.
- Do not list banned, counterfeit, unsafe or illegal items.
- New listings are reviewed before they go live.
Orders and shipping
- Accept and pack orders within 1 to 2 working days.
- Keep stock up to date so customers do not order items you cannot ship.
Returns
Sellers accept returns under the Alyura Returns and Refunds policy.
Payments to sellers
Payouts are made to the registered bank account after delivery and the return window, minus the platform commission and any applicable fees, as agreed at registration.
Customer data
Use customer details only to fulfil the order. Do not contact customers for any other purpose.
Breaking this policy
Listings may be removed and accounts suspended for repeated or serious breaches.
